Empower Breakthrough was created in 2023 to help people:

Get to Know the Owner and Coach
Lexie Holtzman became a certified Life Coach in December 2022 and is the lead coach for Empower Breakthrough.
From Lexie:
Since 2021, I have been on an intense, beautiful, emotional-health healing journey. I was hopeless, not happy with how my life was going and found an incredible faith-based life consulting program, Alive and Free Consulting, which felt like my last-ditch effort for help. I started this year-long program in July 2021 because I was sick and tired of feeling sad all the time, falling into the same unhelpful dating patterns, and being codependent.
This led me on a journey to get extremely self-aware, start healing pain, stop feeling sad all the time, and learn how to get my needs met by God. Since starting this journey. . .

I am now okay even when someone or something is not okay (no longer codependent)

My coaches led me through how to seek God and let Him satisfy my needs, instead of seeking satisfaction in relationships

I learned and believe my worth - what God says about me. I stick up for myself. I set boundaries to protect my emotional health.

I don’t allow toxic relationships in my life
As I healed, a passion grew to help others heal in the same way. I was praying and brainstorming how to chase this dream.
Then, a couple weeks before the course ended, Alive and Free Consulting messaged me saying they were completely changing their business model to now train people to become life coaches. This was my chance.
It felt like God stepped in front of me and opened a door. It felt risky, yet made so much sense to pursue this education and follow my passion to help others and have my own business.
After one year of counseling and one year of extensive education and training, I am now a certified coach, doing the same life coaching that helped me get extraordinary breakthrough and healing.
